By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that:

4. Payment, Billing & Refunds
4.1 Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered.

4.2 Payment Plans
If a payment plan is selected:
You authorize recurring charges to your card
You agree to complete all payments
Missed payments may result in paused or terminated access

Unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page, all sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital and coaching services.
If a program includes a satisfaction guarantee, it will be clearly stated on that program’s checkout page.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a participant in our Services, you agree to:
Show up on time for sessions
Participate to the best of your ability
Maintain confidentiality in group settings
Refrain from recording sessions unless given explicit permission
Not redistribute or resell any program materials
You understand that transformation requires personal commitment and that results vary by individual.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Norm Fisher Coaching Ltd., including:
Videos
Audio programs
Slide decks
Workbooks
Scripts, exercises, and worksheets
Branding, logos, and images
Website content and digital products

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only.
7. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared during coaching sessions except where:
You consent to disclosure
Disclosure is required by law
There is a risk of harm to you or others
Group participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other group members.
8. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you via:

SMS/text message
Social media messaging
Platform notifications (e.g., Go High Level)
You may opt out at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norm Fisher Coaching Ltd. is not liable for:

Emotional distress or dissatisfaction with results
Injuries occurring during breathwork or physical practices
